CWJ 100 Make Form Shooting Workout


One of the worst habits players have is that the first thing they do is walk into the gym and began to start shooting 3’s, half court shots and long range game winning shots.  All of these shots have their time and place that they need to be worked on but more importantly is “warming your shot up” at the beginning of every workout.  Spending at least 15-20 minutes on shooting drills that will enforce the basics and correct ways of shooting.  Once your shot feels good, your body and legs are warm and you have shot the ball as perfect as possible in close range you will then be more accurate as you increase your range.
